Contest Rules

The Crap Vegas 2024 Property Bracket Challenge has been setup with effectively no contest rules. The Bracket was seeded by the Crap Vegas team, with helpful input from others that didn’t even know they were helping. Some teams are in the contest that probably shouldn’t qualify, and other properties were left out for no reason. The final four will be conducted as follows:

Game 1: Danny Region Winner vs. Tess Region Winner

Game 2: Rusty Region Winner vs. Linus Region Winner.

At the end, it’s about fun. That being said, let’s talk about how we decide who moves on…

Winner Determination

Each round, Chris & Josh will likely be joined by at least one guest picker, but potentially more depending upon the episode. The fans will also have unique votes that will be added to the live-person pickers. If the vote results in a tie, the fan choice will prevail and move on. A public fan vote will be conducted on X (formerly Twitter), and and additional Patreon only vote will be taken.

Prize Determination

Any person interested in participating in the Challenge for prizes can register through the link found on our Patreon page – www.patreon.com/crapvegas.

The winner of the contest will be a registered Patron who earns the most points through successful picks. Points will be awarded as follows for correct picks:

One (1) Region Winner Correctly Picked – 1 pt.

Two (2) Region Winners Correctly Picked – 2 pts.

Three (3) Region Winners Correctly Picked – 4 pts.

Four (4) Region Winners Correctly Picked – 6 pts.

Champion Correctly Picked – 8 pts.

Maximum total points – 14

Prize Structure

Winners will be decided based on total points as described above. Prizes will only be paid/delivered to patrons active on the release date of the championship announcement (roughly March 2024).

1st Prize – Chance to spin a wheel for up to $1,000.00

2nd Prize – Chance to spin a wheel for up to $500.00

3rd Prize – Chance to spin a wheel for up to $250.00

Minimum prizes for each level of $100.00,$50.00, and $25.00.

If a 2 person tie occurs for 1st place prizes, we will adjust the maximum prize available to be $750.00 for both winners and allow them to spin. If a 3+ person tie occurs for 1st place prizes, we will combine all prizes available (up to $1,750) and divide by the number of players tied for that prize. In example, a 5 place tie for 1st would result in all 5 players being able to spin the prize wheel for a maximum prize available of $350.00. The same principles will be used for ties for 2nd and 3rd as appropriate.

All prizes will be paid in the form of Amazon Gift Cards.

These rules may be changed at any time during the contest as we see fit and all final determinations on prize issuance are at the sole discretion of Crap Vegas.
