I used Rachel for a previous trip to Paris LV (I’m now 7 Stars), since she was the host assigned to me. She helped me book a stay as I could get 2 nights free but not the third night. I only got a basic room, not an upgrade like 7 Stars is told they get if available. I probably did not put in enough play on that trip to justify the stay, but I also didn’t ask for anything. I was in LV recently and gave Caesars a big day of play, so my Theo should have gone up. I then reached out as I could only get Flamingo on an upcoming trip. I did not get a response in 48 hours, so I reached out again. Online I could see that my tier status rooms were available at Paris during my stay, but I didn’t want to cancel my Flamingo room, in case the website was wrong. She told me she could only book one night at a comp at Paris after reaching out the second time. The next day I called the awful 1-800-CAESARS and got a rep who actually helped me book Paris for my entire stay. I was very disappointed that she couldn’t do that for me.
