After a horrific experience with a re-assigned host at Bellagio we found our way to Muoi at Aria. I walked in to high limit room and called her number from a card given to me on a limo ride back to the airport on a previous visit. She walked up to introduce herself within minutes which started the best Casino Host experience / relationship that we have ever had. Muoi is responsive to Texts / calls / Emails etc. and is very accommodating. From choice of champagne and charcuterie and snack preferences upon arrival to all restaurant reservations, transportation between resorts, and even short hellos on the casino floor to see how our trip is going, Muoi is a true treasure for Aria and for us. Our experience is definitely in line with our play and MGM Rewards level but is so nice after having such a horrible experience with Bellagio.
