Carlos is a PCS from MGM. I have heard some think they are "mini hosts" but really, sometimes they can do more than a host. He can book all MGM properties. Communication is 90% by email, never have met in person. We are MGM so have a combined husband/wife account to maximize comp numbers. He gets us an SUV every visit, show tickets, sky lofts once, and even Lady Gaga tickets this past weekend. If Chris is a "small whale" we are little guppies! 😂. Combined about $30k coin in per trip 80% VP 15% slots 5% craps! Down side is we notice at times he is restricted to only our offers and SUV.... Sometimes he gives more.
