Jeff is exactly the opposite of what you want in a host. He doesn't respond to emails, sometimes within weeks. He isn't appreciative or friendly in responses. He typically did book above the offer though, at least room wise. I'd stay away.

Jeff was my first host at Bellagio and I liked him a lot at first. He was good at getting me more than my corporate offer and often could get me a nice suite.
The problem with Jeff is that he’s nearly impossible to get a hold of or get to reply. It was so frustrating that I just gave up.

We were long time Bellagio customers and truly enjoyed our experience...up until Jeff. Our original host was one of the few that was on staff and working before and throughout CVOID. When everything was back to normal he was fired and we were re-assigned to Jeff. From the first communication until the last Jeff was unresponsive and unprofessional. I pleaded with the VIP Casino Host Team Leader to be re-assigned to a different host and that fell on deaf ears. After complaining to our limo driver on the way back to the airport after another lackluster visit, due to our host, the driver game me a card for a host at Aria and we have NEVER been happier. I can't believe he is still on staff as a Host as that level of service with the customers he is interacting with is not good for Bellagio.
