I'm a a visitor once or twice a year from the UK, so most communication is via email. Kevin is friendly, responsive, patient and always takes care of me by at least matching email offers received. Queries are answered promptly, and communication after visits - if back-end comps haven't been resolved before I leave - is always good. I'm mostly a high limit slots and VP player, with some fun craps sessions thrown in. I highly recommend Kevin. Kevin is also very direct in what he can do and can’t do for you. He will go above corporate offers, but not usually anything crazy. The biggest downside is that he doesn’t really make me feel all that special on most trip. Every once in a while, but not as often as I’d like.
